hiking with family and Cookie

Sunday, March 02, 2014

Daddy was requesting to go for a morning hike to Pelindung Hills the other day...
he was just suggesting it to Mummy...
because they both used to go for morning walk around the residential area every Sunday...
maybe Daddy wanted a little heavier exercise...
which was why he asked Mummy to go with him...
and Mummy told me about it...
i seldom say 'No' to hiking at Pelindung Hills...
especially when it comes to a chance where i get to suggest the whole family to go together..:D
too bad that Gor has to go for his Taekwondo class today...
so he could not join us...
and guess what the lazy Bro of mine was not interested for early morning exercise also...
he rejected to go with us..-_-
so in the end there were only Daddy..Mummy and me (the good girl)...

and i gave the most brilliant suggestion ever to bring Cookie along..!!!
since both Uncle and Aunty Koh were outstation...
and since they already left us with keys to access the house...
might as well bring the rascal along right?!..:D
*i am just so clever!!!*

Daddy brought Cookie for a morning walk around the housing area first...
so that she can poo and pee before the long journey to Pelindung Hills...
and i guess this was also the first time for Cookie to sit in the car for such a long time...
i actually got a little worried that she might be afraid...
or maybe not comfortable (like nausea..o.O) sitting for too long...
but to my surprise she behaved very good along the journey..:)
just that she was being too alert all the time...
and she looked so curious looking through the window...

the curious side of her..:)
Mummy placed a towel just to not dirty the car seat after hiking...
because she might be stepping onto wet grounds stuff like that...
she as though knew that the towel was meant for her to sit on...
she stayed on the towel all the time...
*such a good girl*

Cookie got so excited the moment she got down the car...
too excited that she refused to drink water that Mummy poured for her..-_-
and she kept sniffing here and there making dragging her became superb hard...
but with a little patience i was able to handle her..:p

almost yelled *WTF* because this freaking Sunday...
there were freaking a lot of Muslims!!!..o.O
*since when all these Muslims become so eager to climb up the hills*
i got a little worried whenever there were Muslims that passed by us...
i had to shorten Cookie's chain so that she walk closer to me...
only this matter that i had to be extra concious...
other time having her chain loosen a little was just fine...

Daddy walked alone and so damn fast that he was loss from our sights in no time..-_-
Mummy was slowly walking with Cookie and me at the beginning...
but when we were reaching the gate...
Mummy started to feel tired and was resting on a bench..-_-
so i walked superb slow with Cookie beside me...
i was also worried that Cookie might get tired because she is an old dog already...
i did not bring along any water so i was also worried that she got dehydrated...
because her tongue keep bulging out..><
so there were a few times where i stopped a while sitting from benches to benches...
so that she could rest a little...
she looked physically exhausted but mentally energetic..-_-
she refused to sit down when i stopped...
she was so alert with all the sounds around her...
such as those cricket-sound-liked noises in the forest..-_-
and whenever there were people behind us talking...
she just never fail to turn back and take a peep...
*such a curious rascal*

but one thing i have to admit was that...
her cuteness and fluffiness attracted so many people to stare at her...
even those Muslims said she is very cute and her fur is very nice...
and there was one Muslim guy came and asked me if she is a male or a female...
and praised her cute...
*see Cookie you stole all the limelight from me already..you win already..:p*

and guess what this old dog also win Mummy already...
Cookie managed to reach the top with me..:D
*clap clap for Cookie..so proud of her*
met Daddy at the top and half way down we saw Mummy...
and we headed down together...

peekaboo me with my Cookie girl..:)

finally i saw the tired and exhausted face of her upon reaching home...
she only started to drink water from her bowl when we reached home..-_-
she just refused to drink from the tupperware Mummy brought for her...
maybe she knows it is not her bowl after all...
and she napped the whole day like a dead dog...
refusing to go out at all even we left the gate wide opened...
*LOL*

good morning exercise with loved ones..
