ever have in mind to make something special for someone special? i am sure we all have. making a personalized gift can be as simple as crafting a DIY card to as complicated as cross stitching a doll from scratch. either of these make great original present and convey your thought in that extra special way for that special someone. one great thing about personalizing a gift is that we have the freedom and creativity to do it in any way we desire. And best of all, it is unique and incomparable.
one can always spare an extra time DIY-ing, probably for days to weeks. Or we can always leave it to the professionals, and get it in no time. in this case, Printcious come to rescue!!!
Printcious is a company that provides printing services on personalized gift items that are suitable for gift-giving occasions such as birthday, wedding, graduation, anniversary or corporate events.

their website is obviously very straight forward and very easy to go around with, i am pretty sure you can adapt to it real quick. you can simply shop for their existing designs from the "Shop" tab, if you think you are not a creative person. Or a better way, you can always customize one on your own!!
Printcious provides a huge range of items for customization purposes, such as T-shirts, mugs, puzzles, phone cases, cushions, mouse-pads, ceramic tiles and mini tees.
basic consumer 101, do take not on the details of the product right below the product image. the "Details" tab includes information such as the product materials, dimensions, etc. the "Shipping" tab tells us the shipping fee and shipping duration. and the "Returns" tab states the return/refund policy if your product has defect.
moving on from here, simply click on the "Customise It" button to proceed with customization.
again, their design tool is very easy to work with. you have 100% freedom to customize anything you like onto the space prepared. it is always safe to limit your creativity within the safety zone (inside the green line) to avoid printing error, as anything goes beyond that zone may not be printed out.
the design tool allows you to add image source from your local desktop. a good tip to ensure your image is at the correct size and resolution, you can snip the safe zone out, save it as a base, and customize your desired image based on the snipped size. when you upload the image, simply drag according to the size of the safe zone and you will have your clear image displayed.
another concern you would want to bear in mind. the customization area provided is supposed to be in WHITE, but it may look slightly gray-ish on the picture. if you happen to upload a .jpg file rather than a .png file, you might find that the white background of your image is sitting on top of the original gray-ish background of the product. do not freak out about this because Printcious clarifies that it is white thus, the printed product should turn out white and not gray.
once you are happy with your customization, click "Done" and you may proceed to add your item to cart using the "Add to Cart" button. you can always go back to the editing tool if you would like to continue customizing your item, by clicking on the "Edit" button at the bottom of the product image, and then update your cart again.
so when you are satisfied with your items, you are all ready to checkout for payment. and then sit back and relax!!! your items will reach in no time!!!
